Masterclasses

One hour. One decision problem.

One session a month from January 2027. Enough to use the same afternoon, from someone who has published the underlying work.

One problem, worked through until you can run it yourself

A single, specific problem, not a survey of a field. We work through what it is, why it behaves the way it does, and when it applies to you. You leave able to run the check yourself on something you are actually deciding.

One a month, on a fixed slot. That is deliberate: a month is long enough to prepare something worth an hour of your time, and it means each session covers a problem I have actually worked on rather than whatever fits the calendar.

What the hour does not cover is the full implementation: calibrating a framework to your portfolio, or designing the governance that would carry it. That is the work itself, and an hour cannot honestly deliver it. I would rather say so than pretend.

Three sessions, January to March 2027

The first run is monthly, on the second Wednesday, 16:00 to 17:00 Central European Time. Each one takes a single problem from my own work. Places are limited so the hour stays a working session rather than a broadcast.

Come if you decide what gets funded

Come along if

  • You decide, or advise on, what gets funded
  • You want a method you can apply to your own decisions afterwards, not only understand
  • You want the limits stated alongside the findings, so you can judge the work for yourself

Give these a miss if

  • You want a certificate or accreditation
  • You want a broad introduction to sustainability reporting
  • You want the full implementation in an hour — it does not fit, and I will not pretend otherwise
